This international project involved moving an entire Knauf production plant from Germany to Ukraine. SM Industry managed the complete cycle — from cleaning and packaging to delivery and installation — while meeting the brand’s strict technical and quality requirements.

  • Scope of work:

    Full documentation and labelling of all components, preparation of packaging for safe long-distance transport, adaptation of the Ukrainian site to Knauf’s process requirements, and phased installation of equipment to ensure a smooth relaunch.
