Case Study

Client: European composite materials manufacturer
Scope: Relocation of high-pressure die casting line including furnace, press, and conveyor system

As part of a modernization program, SM Industry was assigned to relocate a complete high-pressure die casting line from one plant section to an upgraded production hall. The scope included dismantling of thermal furnaces, structural steel framing, conveyor belts, presses and electrical interfaces — followed by repositioning, assembly and mechanical tuning in the new production zone.

Relocated over 200 tons of equipment, including furnace units, hydraulic presses, cooling conveyors, and process instrumentation
Handling of high-temperature furnaces and cooling media, with refractory protection and thermal insulation management
