About project

SM Industry carried out the relocation and reconfiguration of production lines at the CERSANIT plant. The project was carefully staged to minimise production downtime and included full dismantling, transport, foundation preparation, and calibrated installation at the new site.

Scope of work:
Development of a new line layout, dismantling and labelling of equipment, preparation of foundations and utilities, transport and installation of machinery, followed by calibration to meet production specifications.
