About project

SM INDUSTRY successfully completed the installation of a technological calcination line, including large-scale equipment, auxiliary systems, and full integration into the plant infrastructure. The project included installing eight steel silos for raw material storage and a key ball mill weighing over 180 tons. The installation involved precise mounting of foundations, bearings, drum, gearbox, and motor, followed by loading grinding media and protective covers. Additionally, three industrial filters and a material separation system were installed to meet environmental standards. Screw conveyors and air ducts ensured continuous material flow and proper ventilation. The project finished with installing unloading and packaging systems for the final product.
