Installation of 70-tonne equipment for Fortaco

About project

The project included comprehensive unloading, relocation and installation of various types of industrial machinery weighing from 2 to 70 tons for Fortaco. The main challenge was the high weight of the equipment and the need to perform all works inside the production hall without the possibility of using a traditional crane. For this reason, we used our specialised Enerpac SL300 hydraulic gantry system, which enables safe lifting and precise positioning of heavy elements in confined spaces.

Scope of work:
Unloading of machines and equipment according to the delivery schedule.
Moving heavy elements on transport rollers.
Tilting and setting large components into working position.
Assembling multiple elements into one working machine.
Anchoring machines to the floor and precise levelling.
Handling machines of various sizes and specifications: lathes, guillotines, welding tables and other metalworking machinery.
Tailored technical solutions for each type of equipment.
