About project

SM Industry executed the installation of ultra-heavy equipment for Fortaco, weighing up to 70 tonnes, within a space-restricted facility. As cranes couldn’t be used, the team developed a custom multi-stage approach and applied specialised rigging systems to ensure accuracy and safety.

Scope of work:
Design of a custom method for confined-space relocation, use of specialised compact rigging tools, phased installation with ongoing quality checks, and successful commissioning of the equipment according to technical parameters.
